Shipping Timeframe

For domestic shipments, expect delivery within 5–10 business days after processing. International orders may require additional transit time due to customs clearance procedures.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping (10–15 Business Days): Applies to orders totaling $60–$9,999; shipping cost $0.
Note: Expedited shipping options may be available during checkout for an additional fee, depending on your region.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and members of the European Union. However, due to logistical constraints or regulatory restrictions, certain regions (e.g., remote islands or areas with trade sanctions) may not be eligible for delivery.

Order Tracking

If tracking information hasn’t updated within 48 hours of shipment, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While rare, delays or lost packages can occur due to carrier issues or incorrect address details. If your shipment exceeds the estimated delivery window, first track your order for updates. In cases of lost shipments, we may resend your items or issue a refund after investigating with the carrier (typically within 14 business days).

Customs & Import Duties

These costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping fees.
